Position Titles And Departments

Full Breakdown (All standard titles)

Director: Heads the department

Deputy Director: Bridges the gap between the director and managers. Can take on tasks of director for a limited time.  

Asst. Director: Bridges the gap between the director and managers. Oversees Senior managers. 

Senior Managers: Experienced managers that oversee a manager group.

Managers: Oversees one to two teams, works with team leads to bring about the best results.

Assistant manager:  Oversees 1-2 teams or assist a full manager. 

Team Leads: Heads a design team, usually a more experienced and knowledgeable member of staff.

Assistant Team Lead: Assistant to team lead, usually a more experienced and knowledgeable member of staff.

Staff: An employee with a designated role.

Design Department (simplified)

Director: Heads the design department, reports crucial information to the Execs.
